HUMAN TRAFFICKING
No tolerance for worker exploitation
Our Commitment
Infinite Electronics supports the humanitarian goal of ending modern slavery and human trafficking as evidenced in our Supplier Code of Conduct. If at any time we detect or become aware of a violation of this code within our supply chain, we will take aggressive action to correct these behaviors or terminate our relationship with the non-compliant supplier.
What is Human Trafficking?
Human trafficking involves recruitment, harboring or transporting people into a situation of exploitation through the use of violence, deception or coercion and forced to work against their will. In other words, trafficking is a process of enslaving people, coercing them into a situation with no way out, and exploiting them.
Our Approach
Infinite Electronics, through the use of a Supplier Code of Conduct, flows down strict requirements against human trafficking. We monitor our supply chain when conducting general business audits and site visits. Our employees are trained to recognize the symptoms of human trafficking and report their findings to management. Additionally, we have completed a Slavery & Trafficking Risk Template (STRT), which is a standardized open-source template available from the Social Responsibility Alliance to share slavery and human trafficking-related risk and compliance data with customers. The STRT has been provided to our partners at Assent Compliance, a world class provider of compliance software and professional support staff. To obtain the Infinite Electronics STRT or ask a question from one of our regulatory specialists, please email us at InfiniteElectronicsRequests@assentcompliance.com.
